Deadlines and dates

SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

Scholarship applications need to be submitted before 1 February. Applying after 31 January is only possible for students who are able to come on a self-sponsored basis!

APPLYING ON A SELF-SPONSORED BASIS:

• Self-sponsored applicants who need a visa: before 1 April

• Self-sponsored applicants who don’t need a visa: before 1 June

Other important dates

• Possible online interview: the latest within 1 month after the submission deadline.

• Selection outcome communication:

  • Scholarship applicants: by the end of March

  • Self-sponsored applicants: by the end of June

• Payment deadline tuition fee (self-sponsored students): by the end of August

• The application to start in September 2024 opens in September 2023.
